Human Resources faces a continuous struggle to be seen as a strategic lever in business success. While some have made head way into the Board Room and executive meetings, many organizations still see HR as a transactional function. It's long overdue to have an honest discussion about why we are often relegated to planning the off-site, instead of participating in it.
