It's been awhile since Colorado employers faced a new wave of lawsuits and the inherent compliance pitfalls that go along with the laws and practices that will give rise to them. From artificial intelligence to new leave laws and from immigration compliance to dealing with a new generation of employees (and not just millennials), the lawsuits we face in coming years will be markedly different than what we've become accustomed to over the past decade or more.
