The Colorado Springs Human Resources Association was formerly the Colorado Springs Personnel Women, Inc (CSPW). A prominent member of our community Cari Shaffer (then President) and other businesswomen formed CSPW in 1983-1984. In 1996, the then President Lili Suiter, and the Board of the CSPW requested the name change to Colorado Springs Human Resources Association (CSHRA). The name was officially changed in 1997.
